World Literature Blog 4/5

If I were to travel to Italy I would definitely choose the Caeser time period.  So many scholars taught and the Roman dynasty was at its highest.  Those glory days of gladiator fights and the Roman legions would be enough to take anyone’s breath away.  The period I would travel to in Asia would be during the Samurai age back when there were many warring dynasties fighting for ultimate glory.  Also back then were the minds of geniuses, such as Confucius, Lao-Tzu, and Li Ch’ing-chao.  I would want to learn from their teachings to make me wiser and more intellectual.

There are many places on earth I would like to visit.  Mainly I would love to go to China, Japan or Italy.  I would go to Italy mainly becasue of my heritage, but my trip to Asia would be for a greater understanding of their culture and their history.
