what was life like for women during this time period?

I would like to travel back in time to Greece in 700 B.C. This was a time when Greece was becoming more developed and city-states were emerging. I would love to see some of the first Olympic games. I would like to see the similarities and differences of the games today and the games of Ancient Greece. Another interesting subject I would like to learn about is all of the different gods and goddesses of Ancient Greece. They worshiped these figures to explain all of the natural events of the world like rain and wind. It would be nice to live in a world where people appreciated the things they had. I also really like the togas and it would be fun to wear one.
